Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a patient and tech-savvy
Customer Support Intern
to join our team in Rome. You will be the first point of contact for our international clients (especially those in French-speaking markets), helping them navigate our platform and solving their daily challenges. This internship is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys helping others, and wants to understand how a SaaS product works from the inside out.
Key responsibilities
Support the team during the onboarding process for new clients Assist colleagues in providing customer support via email, chat, and phone Help update CRM and support tools with accurate client information Contribute to collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team
Minimum requirements
Fluency in Italian, English, and French (C1 minimum – written and spoken)
is mandatory. Spanish is considered a plus Availability to work on-site at our Rome office
