As part of the the Acqua di Parma Paraggi Boutique, as Sales Assistant the key responsibilities are: Be actively involved to reach the sales targets on all categories Cultivate a relationship with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines Act as brand Ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele Ensure a high level of standards in Merchandising and Brand image according to corporate guidelines Respect Retail Operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ Use the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with reference to the Salesforce CRM system Develop a unique customer experience and xpavfwm irreproachable service, build customer loyalty and develop the customer base Monitor stock levels and cooperate with the stock team providing support
Previous experience in the luxury industry with a customer-oriented attitude Ability to listen and advise, have a taste for challenges and sales Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus Temporary position from May to September
