Description
We are currently seeking a Kering Supply Chain Social Auditor as part of the highly responsive Kering Supply Chain Audit Department in our Milan office.
Your opportunity
You will play a key role in the Kering vision of a transparent and traceable supply chain for Luxury. Through a collaborative approach to supplier audits, you will capture the data necessary to ensure every manufacturing step of the supply chain is legal and ethical.
How you will contribute
1. Ensure compliance of the Kering Group to international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
2. Perform Audits: evaluate potential risks, record irregularities in line with the Kering risk policy, communicate results and outputs to suppliers, manage audit documents.
3. You will carry out audits in Italy but occasionally also abroad.
4. Check and evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
5. Support external audit team with technical review and finalize audit reports.
6. Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and provide rigorous follow-up on all irregularities.
7. Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.
Who you are
8. A discrete but passionate advocate for high ethical standards with a master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
9. You have experience of carrying out social, environmental audits. Understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing sector is a plus.
10. You have experience in analyzing and verifying the various areas of supplier companies' financial statements, according with national (OIC) or international (IAS – IFRS) standards.
11. You have robust knowledge of SA8000 international standard and knowledge of Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.
12. An analytical problem solver and team player who can share information and communicate well.
13. A Microsoft Office expert.
14. Driving license holder.
15. Willing to travel frequently.
16. A fluent Italian and English communicator (all two requirements must be met); French is a plus.
