The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for high-quality software development. The role involves leading and coordinating the development team across projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a technical team, providing guidance and support
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices, including coding standards, testing, and documentation
- Perform regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Identify technical risks and challenges, proposing effective solutions
Requirements

- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Knowledge of at least one programming language among C++, C#, or TypeScript
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Good command of written and spoken English
