The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Sales Representatives and will report directly to the Sales Manager OEM Chiller.ResponsibilitiesDirect the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration.Analyze market potential for new products and applications.Identify potential opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customers to meet strategic business objectives.Manage multiple areas and adjust sales goals and procedures for each area.Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Ingersoll Rand contract templates when applicable.Draft technical offers.Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume.Develop and maintain a competent workforce through training, coaching, and establishing goals and objectives.Basic QualificationsBusiness English knowledge.Travel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsFlexible working, travel in the assigned territory.Key CompetenciesSolid knowledge of process cooling management with ability to support and train OEMs in the field.A third language knowledge (Spanish or German) will be considered as a plus, but not essential.What We OfferDynamic and International working environment.Company car.Attractive incentive plan related to goal achievement.Specific smart working policy.Company share options.Internal canteen.Collective bargaining agreement: CCNL Metalmeccanici (Piccola Industria) – Confapi.Base salary range: 33,900 - 59,915 €.
