Job Description
The individual will be part of a team dedicated to the lubrication of rotating machinery, with the goal of ensuring optimal operation of refinery equipment according to the preventive maintenance plan defined by the Client. Additional assigned tasks will include vibration measurements on rotating machines and checklist completion. The work location will be at the Client's facilities.
Main Responsibilities
Perform lubrication and greasing activities on machine trains (pump, coupling, motor, gearbox)
Replace oil in bearings, housings, and tanks following technical procedures
Check the condition of oil circuits and filters, perform cleaning and flushing
Collect and manage used lubricant in compliance with environmental regulations
Fill out technical post-intervention reports detailing activities performed, quantity of lubricant used, and any anomalies found
Operate in compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Measure vibrations on rotating machines using appropriate instruments
Qualifications
Technical diploma (mechanical or similar)
≥ 1 year of hands-on experience in industrial lubrication
Knowledge of oils, greases, and automatic lubricators
Ability to use pressure greasers, grease meters, and equipment for lubricant collection and management
Willingness to work in the field, in complex industrial environments
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of condition monitoring and vibration analysis
Familiarity with technical reporting and maintenance KPIs
Training for working in confined spaces will be considered a plus
