Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, servers, networking equipment, and Microsoft 365 services. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the organization. Support IT infrastructure. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. Administer user accounts, access rights, and security policies. Collaborate on IT projects, upgrades, and deployment of new solutions. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and internal policies. Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures.RequirementsMust Have 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune). Hands-on experience with troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, and networking devices. Problem-solving mindset and customer-service approach. Good written and spoken English.Nice to Have Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper‐V). Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM). Basic scripting skills (PowerShell). Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
