A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English, and B1 level in French.
* Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
* Relevant experience in Administrative / Corporate / Customer Service environment (such as but not limited to: data entry, managing data-driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes; solving problems whether related to customer queries or internal process issues).
This position is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon’s current flexible work guidance. Amazon encourages open communication about unique needs for flexible arrangements.

1. Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruitment approaches and manage customer / partner expectations.
2. Manage and take care of the posting of new open positions, in order to create a pipeline of potential prospects.
3. Manage administrative tasks for offer stage, onboarding, and position closing.
