In this role you will quickly and efficiently assist new and existing customers in using MAGICMOTORSPORT products via chat, phone, and ticket. How your day to day would look like: - Manage technical support requests from Italian and international customers via our helpdesk portal; - Presenting our products at Italian and international training events and sector trade fairs.
