CORPORATE SECURITY SPECIALIST Responsibilities: Ensure full knowledge of and exemplify Loss Prevention (LP)/Security policy, BC and Crisis Management procedures, and standards. Detect and document security incidents according to company protocol. Monitor potential employee crimes suspicions and collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns. Prepare incident, accident, and investigation reports following company guidelines. Assist the Security manager in preparing internal and external reports. Support the Security manager with assigned projects and investigations of policy violations. Assist with audits by internal and external bodies (ISO, authorities, etc.). Support operational personnel with incident investigations, providing legal guidance and feedback for improvements. Communicate initiatives related to shortage reduction, including audits and inventory counts. Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections, audits, and in response to complaints. Provide feedback on security risks and recommend solutions. Promote team working and continuous improvement in security practices. Offer recommendations on potential loss/security concerns. Maintain confidentiality regarding investigations and outcomes. Handle special projects/events as assigned. Respond to alarm calls and resolve issues. Develop and implement operational resilience policies. Identify key assets based on Business Impact Analysis. Support crisis management efforts and assume day-to-day crisis responsibilities.
