As a Manager in Capgemini Invent Italy, you help telecoms evolve their network strategy toward autonomous networks, leveraging AI, platform optimization and new operating models. You work with C-level clients, cross-functional teams, and Capgemini research to shape offerings and drive tangible outcomes. This role focuses on transforming network planning, deployment, and operations while advancing data-driven decision-making. You will lead complex projects, mentor teams, and contribute to a young hub committed to innovative telecom solutions.

* Define changes to improve efficiencies in core Telco domains (network planning, deployment, engineering, operations, OSS)
* Apply data-driven approaches to decision-making and performance improvement

* Lead and deliver medium-scale, complex projects, managing delivery and teams

Responsabilità
* Proven business development experience in professional services selling consulting services
* Led and delivered network infrastructure transformation and operational transformation assignments
* Experience in business case and strategy development focused on networks
* End-to-end project delivery management xjrgpwk across multiple domains
* Comprehensive technical expertise across Telco-IT landscape (Digital, BSS, OSS, infrastructures)
* Experience engaging with vendors (NEP, platform providers, hyperscalers)
* Knowledge of TM Forum initiatives and standards (ODA)
* Executive and senior stakeholder management
* Strong presentation and MS Office skills
