In this role, you will lead community initiatives to grow and engage the Italian audience for BYD’s After Sales ecosystem. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to design localized content and campaigns that reinforce the BYD brand and customer experience. You’ll analyze engagement data to optimize strategies and report insights to drive impact. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to shape community operations at a fast‑growing, mission‑driven company.

Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree or above
2+ years in community operations, social media, or content marketing
Strong understanding of Italy digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Excellent English communication and xjrgpwk copywriting
Fluency in Italian with strong copywriting and communication
Ownership mindset and execution capability
Experience with localized community operations and user engagement
