Here we develop Zuru Home app, a BIM (Building Information Modelling) software meant for the general public, architects and engineers, created to design, buy and send to manufacturing any type of building withcomplete design freedom. Welcome to the future! Your role: For the empowerment of our HR Team we are looking for a Campus Recruiter. Reports to: Head of People. Your responsibilities: - Build and leverage key University relationships to include career center partners, key faculty, and student organizations - Manage relationships with a high volume of internal stakeholders to include hiring managers, people business partners, business leads and various centers of excellence to effectively source, hire, place and retain early talent through onboarding - Represent and promote Zuru Tech as an employer of choice via social media marketing, conferences, panel discussions, virtual outreach, presentations, and information sessions - Collaboratively partner with key stakeholders to create and deliver meaningful and productive experiences for early career talents - Track and provide reports; proactively identify trends to strategically address gaps via programmatic interventions Sounds nice?
