*Principali compiti e responsabilità**Supervisiona e coordina il personale del magazzino.Coordina la programmazione del personale di magazzino per garantire una copertura adeguata al fine di ricevere e distribuire prodotti/materiali in modo produttivo ed snello in termini di costi.Fornisce ai collaboratori indicazioni, formazione e comunicazione sui requisiti del lavoro, su tutte le linee guida di sicurezza ESHA, sulle procedure ISO e sulle regole/aspettative di Avient.Esegue valutazioni delle prestazioni e fornisce ai dipendenti un feedback tempestivo sulle valutazioni delle prestazioni.Coordina gli orari dei collaboratori del magazzino assicurando una copertura adeguata in ogni momento e la richiesta di ferie per gli addetti al magazzino.È responsabile delle condizioni generali del magazzino, delle aree di spedizione/ricezione e del piazzale per quanto riguarda lo stoccaggio dei container e la pulizia generale. Controlla che le scorte non siano stoccate correttamente e si assicura che il magazzino sia sempre ordinato e pulito.Gestisce le forniture di magazzino a livelli di inventario adeguati e assicura che tutti i costi di magazzino siano conformi al piano.Fornisce il massimo livello di servizio al cliente.Sviluppa vari rapporti sulla produttività del magazzino.Controlla tutte le attività di magazzino per verificare la corretta produzione, la produttività e i processi di sicurezza (flag up, lock out tag out, ecc.).Gestisce tutte le procedure ISO, la documentazione e il controllo dei registri, i moduli corretti e la formazione.Controlla la manutenzione, la sicurezza e la formazione dei carrellisti.*Essential Duties & Responsibilities**Hires, supervises, trains, and develops the warehouse staff.Provides associates with guidance, training and communication regarding job requirements, all OSHA safety guidelines, ISO procedures & Avient rules/expectations.Performs performance appraisals and provides timely feedback regarding performance reviews to the employee.Coordinates the scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper coverage in order to receive and distribute products/materials in a productive and cost-efficient manner.Coordinates proper vacation request for warehouse associates.Coordinates warehouse associates’ schedules ensuring appropriate coverage at all times.Completes and approve warehouse associate’s time-cards.Coordinates all inbound and outbound orders.Responsible for the general condition of the warehouse, shipping/receiving areas and yard areas in regard to container storage and overall cleanliness. Inspects for any improper warehousing of inventory & insures the warehouse is neat and clean at all times.Manages warehouse supplies at proper inventory levels and insure all warehouse costs are meeting plan.Provides effective communication between service center office staff and the warehouse personnel.Provides the highest level of customer service.Develops/maintains various warehouse productivity reports.Monitors phone calls, voice mails, e-mails and other communications, providing professional communication in a timely manner.Monitors all warehouse activity for proper output, productivity, and safety processes (flag up, lock out tag out, etc.).Manages all ISO procedures, documentation, and control of records, correct forms and training.Monitors forklift maintenance, safety, and training.Other duties as assigned.*Physical/Environ. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; and explosives. Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration.
