Overview
Rondaservice S.r.l., part of the Fidelitas Group, specializes in general services for enterprises such as porter service, reception, and phone support. They are expanding their workforce and looking for an Addetto/a alla Security for the prestigious university campus in Milano Sud.
Responsibilities
* Greeting visitors and ensuring compliance with client regulations within the university campus.
* Monitoring designated areas to guarantee safety and security.
* Implementing security procedures and handling incidents.
Qualifications
* High school diploma.
* Proficiency in English.
* Seriousness, punctuality, professionalism, physical endurance, and strong relational skills.
* Previous experience in unarmed security is an advantage.
Employment Conditions
* Full time contract with possible permanent placement.
* Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, shifts between 06:00 and 22:00, with days off planned.
* Contractual level: D under the CCNL of private security services with a gross monthly salary of €1,281.43 for 14 payments.
* Salary may be increased based on additional skills, effort, responsibilities, working conditions, and other job-related factors to be discussed in preliminary interview.
