We are looking for an individual to manage the end-to-end physical journey of exclusive memorabilia from arrival and photography to global fulfilment.What You’ll DoInventory & Intake: Securely manage and catalog incoming high-value items, including sports memorabilia, luxury goods, and collectibles.Studio Operations: Own the in-house photography process.
You will set up, style, and shoot items to ensure they meet our global platform’s visual standards.Shipping & Fulfilment: Handle premium packaging and coordinate with international couriers to ensure every winning bidder receives their item in perfect condition.Digital Support: Assist in the technical setup and dispatch of our e-marketing newsletters, ensuring our community is updated on the latest live auctions.Hub Maintenance: Keep the Via Morimondo warehouse and studio organised, optimised, and ready for high-volume auction cycles.Who We’re Looking ForConsistent Reliability: You understand that logistics requires a steady hand.
