We are seeking a High Voltage Team Leader to enhance NHOA Energy’s High Voltage (HV) Interconnection Facilities delivery capabilities.
Your Mission
* Lead a newly formed HV Substation Task Force to achieve company strategic objective, defining all phases for High Voltage (HV) Interconnection Facilities, from specifications and design through procurement and execution.
* Build internal competencies: develop standardized processes, tendering practices, time schedule, resource planning and quality benchmarks for HV delivery.
* Coordinate external consultants and suppliers, establishing a strong supply chain for HV delivery.
* Ensure compliance with TSO requirements, grid codes, and international standards.
* Transition to Project Manager: after the achievement of HV Substation Task Force objective, assume full PM responsibility for HV and BESS projects.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* 8+ years of experience in managing HV substations and grid connections, including BoP integration .
* Proven track record in complex negotiations and stakeholder management.
* Knowledge of Italian and international technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and contracting practices.
* Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
Nice-to-Have: Experience in organizational transformations, BESS or hybrid renewable projects, PMP®/PRINCE2 certification.
