About the Role
Due to international growth, we are now recruiting for a talented
CAD Mechanical Designer (Solidworks)
Fulltime: Treviso, Italy.
Responsibilities
* Manage the mechanical design of plastic parts using SolidWorks for solid modeling and surfacing;
* Early analysis of injection molding and participation in prototyping phases (3D printing, mock-up, functional testing);
* PCB layout Design using dedicated electronic CAD (Altium);
* Understand industrialization regulations and standards to optimize drawing practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency in the design mechanical process;
* Coordinate with the electronics team to optimize the mechanical integration of PCB, cabling and electronic modules.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree in mechanical field or equivalent;
* At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role;
Required Skills
* Good knowledge of SolidWorks and knowledge of the injection molding process for plastic materials;
* Knowledge of Altium circuit electronic design tool preferred;
* Read technical drawings (dimensional tolerances);
* Good knowledge of spoken and written English;
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
* Attitude for teamwork and propensity to work in an international environment;
* Proactive attitude towards teamwork and ability to work in an international environment;
* Adapt to new technologies and frameworks as needed.
