JOB DESCRIPTION
* Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele
* Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection
* Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients
* Client relationship management through digital tools
* Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock-taking, etc.)
* Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals
* Sending daily reports
DESIRED PROFILE
1. Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading)
2. Experience in retail
3. Experience in the world of fashion and luxury
4. A proactive / dynamic and positive attitude
5. Good inter-personal skills, team spirit / player
