As an Account Technology Strategist, you align Citrix technologies with customer business goals across Enterprise accounts, guiding them to adopt and grow Citrix usage. You operate within the Citrix Customer Success function, establishing trusted advisory relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value. You will deliver multi-product proofs of concept, overcome objections, and advocate Citrix vision externally, while maintaining account intelligence and progressing initiatives. The role requires significant travel (up to 60%) and works from the Industry team in Italy, contributing to strategic customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
Deep understanding xlwpduy of Citrix technologies and domains (end-user compute, DaaS, VDI, App Delivery, ZTNA)
Experience managing diverse customer or partner stakeholders to achieve outcomes
Ability to prioritize workload and context-switch between customers and projects
Skill in diffusing technical or political situations with partners and customers
Comfort operating in a fast and dynamic business environment
Flexible, dependable, and quick at learning new products and technologies
Strong work ethic, accountability, and proactive progress tracking
