Policlinico San Donato, is recruiting a BusinessDevelopment Coordinator in health care. This role is based in Milan,with frequent travel to Iraq to support the development and coordination of ourinternational healthcare operations, particularly in Najaf and Basra.The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Arabic, highly organized, and eager to growwithin a dynamic, multicultural environment at the forefront of international healthcareexpansion.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination:• Coordinate and support the execution of healthcare projects between Italy andIraq.• Ensure effective communication and workflow between headquarters and fieldteams in Najaf and Basra.• Support the preparation, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables, ensuringtimelines and quality standards are met.Business Support:• Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documentation to supportstrategic decision-making.• Participate in negotiations and the drafting of business agreements (MoUs,commercial contracts, etc.).• Represent the organization in partner meetings and site visits during missions toIraq.Market Strategic Analysis:• Conduct market research and needs assessments to identify growthopportunities in the region.• Monitor KPIs and project outcomes, contributing to continuous improvementefforts.QualificationsEducation and Experience:• University degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, HealthcareManagement, or related field.• 5 years of experience in business coordination,consulting, or project management are encouraged to apply.• Previous exposure to healthcare or international projects is appreciated.Languages:• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.Skills and Competencies:• Strong coordination and project management capabilities.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).• Availability for frequent travel to Iraq (approx. 40% of the time).• High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability.What We Offer• Competitive salary and benefits, permanent employment.• A high-impact role within one of Europe’s leading healthcare groups.• Frequent international exposure and opportunities for career growth.• A collaborative, supportive, and multicultural work environment.
