As a Project Manager in the Optical Business Unit, you drive end‑to‑end collaborations between data‑communications and telecom customers and ST stakeholders, using a wafer foundry model. You lead cross‑functional teams through design, prototyping, testing, and production ramp, ensuring timely delivery and quality. You promote innovation, mitigate risks, and align projects with strategic priorities. This role offers the chance to shape cutting‑edge optical/RF solutions in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

* Lead cross‑functional teams (marketing, planning, design support, technology experts, sales) and manage communications with customers

Responsabilità
* Experienced Project Manager with a track record in complex, cross‑functional projects in high‑tech or semiconductor industries
* Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to drive innovation and adapt to change
* Strong technical understanding of RF silicon technologies
* Strong understanding of Silicon Photonics, optical communications, or related fields (desirable)
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; proven stakeholder management
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt to fast‑changing markets
* Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all organizational levelsFamiliarity with wafer foundry business models (COT/COT+), product lifecycle management, and commercial alignment (a plus)
* Project management certifications (PMP, Agile) are advantageous
