The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Welcome Services Coordinator, based at The Mall Firenze (FI), Italy and reporting to the Customer Experience Manger.
How you will contribute
1. Supervise daily operations and provide feedback to every member of the team, in order to deliver an excellent customer service
2. Manage planning, shifts and holidays of the Welcome Lounge team
3. Ensure every member of the team maintains adequate standards of grooming and acts accordingly to company policies, contributing to the creation of a positive work environment
4. Manage staff uniforms and IT equipment
5. Manage talent performance and conduct one-to-one meetings according to HR guidelines
6. Contribute to the enhancement of the services already available and promote the development of new ones in order to enrich the customer experience
7. Act as the touch-point for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, welcoming them and acting as personal shopper on request
8. Track individual travelers and groups, using The Mall Luxury Outlets digital tools
9. Ensure that the client requests received via email and phone are promptly followed up, liaising with Tourism Marketing Team
10. Liaise with The Mall Luxury Outlets partners to ensure the best services standard are met
11. Monitor In Mall image and its consistency with The Mall Luxury Outlets guidelines, updating the Marketing team on a periodical basis
12. Promote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to the storytelling of merchandising and tracking sales and clients’ feedbacks
13. Contribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program, engaging clients in subscription and points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption
Who you are
14. Passionate about luxury hospitality
15. An organized, yet flexible multi-tasking person
16. A team leader with at least 4 years of guest services experience, preferably in a luxury environment, capable of managing a big team
17. A professional with proven relational skills
18. A fluent English and Italian speaker - any additional language will be considered a plus
19. A team player willing to be part of a larger group with common goals
20. A proactive person, with a positive approach
21. Proficient user of MS Office Suite
