TXT E-Tech S.r.l., part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Test Engineer to join the Aerospace & Defence division.
An essential aspect of this role is participation in Software Integration, Verification and Validation activities for safety-critical avionics systems in the Aerospace & Defence sector. The resource will be trained as a Test Engineer and will be involved in developing tests and automation to ensure compliance with aeronautical certification standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Development and execution of integration/unit test cases for safety-critical embedded systems;
Development of automated test sequences (using C/C++ or Simulink);
Participation in integration activities;
Preparation of technical documentation;
Analysis of flight and rig test results for aircraft certification.
Required skills:Avionic system working principle knowledge.
Optional Technical Skills:
Knowledge of at least one structured programming language (C, C++, C#, Java, Javascript, Python, Visual Basic, Ada95 or similar);
Experience with embedded real-time systems.
Additional Requirements:
Strong ability to tackle complex systems in a structured way, flexibility and adaptability, team-working attitude, good knowledge of English, and interest in software development.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or computer engineering/computer science.
