This role will report to the Sr Director of Global Talent Acquisition and will manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions, including factory/operations roles and professional/salaried roles, with a strong focus on manufacturing and engineering talent. Experience within the Medical Technology (MedTech) or regulated manufacturing sector is a plus.\nThe successful candidate will be a bilingual professional (Italian and English) with a strong working knowledge of Italian labor legislation and Metalworking Industry Collective Agreement. This individual will partner closely with local business leaders, Regional HR leader, HR Business Partners, and Global TA stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-quality hiring aligned with both local requirements and Global TA standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nTalent Acquisition & Stakeholder Partnership Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives;\nAct as a trusted talent advisor, providing guidance on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring best practices;\nManage full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of roles, including;\nFactory and operations roles (production, warehouse, maintenance, etc.;\nProfessional and corporate roles (engineering, supply chain, quality, R&D;, marketing, commercial, and support functions). Sourcing & Candidate Management Proactively source and engage candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and direct search;\nConduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure high-quality and compliant hiring decisions;\nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance and onboarding. Compliance & Labor Law Expertise Ensure hiring practices comply with Italian labor legislation, including permanent and fixed-term contracts;\nApply and interpret relevant Collective Agreement (“CCNL Metalmeccanico”) during the recruitment and offer process;\nPartner with HR, Legal, and Compensation to ensure correct classification, contract type, and alignment with internal policies. Offer Management & Process Excellence Support and manage offer preparation, approvals, and negotiations in collaboration with hiring managers, HR, and Compensation;\nMaintain accurate data within the ATS (Workday preferred) and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements;\nLeverage recruiting metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes and processes. Global Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization, collaborating with regional and global TA colleagues;\nContribute to global and regional TA initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts;\nSupport transformation, process optimization, and employer branding initiatives as part of the Global TA CoE.
