Main Activities
\n
Management of strategic outsourcing for last-mile services and facility handling. Preparation of financial analyses of outsourced services to define the appropriate rates to be agreed with suppliers. Support to the manager on topics related to Service Partner compensation and in the preparation and management of tenders/quotations.
\n
Conduct negotiations with assigned partners. Liaise with functions involved or impacted by managed topics (e.g., Finance, Industrial Relations, Operations). Manage commercial relationship aspects during contract execution.

Manage and update contracts (new contracts or amendments). Keep operational databases and contractual documentation archives up to date.
