We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and administrative activities within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Support the recording of basic accounting entries (customer/supplier invoices, general ledger, expense reports).
* Assist in account reconciliation activities (bank, customers, suppliers).
* Help manage e-invoicing and document archiving.
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities (reconciliations, reports).
* Collaborate in preparing VAT returns and other tax compliance activities.
* Carry out general administrative tasks (document management, database updates).
🔹 Requirements
* Diploma in Accounting or a bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
* Basic knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.
* Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of English (A2–B1 level).

* Previous experience (even internship) in administrative or accounting roles.
* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Zucchetti, DocFinance, or similar).
* Basic understanding of VAT regulations and the purchase/sales invoice process.
