Job Title (Job Code): EN-ER-05: Electrical Harness Integration Leader (EHIL)Electrical Harness Integration Leader (EHIL) is responsible for managing electrical harness installation resources and activities on the project you are responsible for, ensuring the delivery of electrical components for each baseline and contributing to the development of the EHI technical competency within the team. Purpose of the Job Manages Electrical Harness installation resources and activities on the project you are responsible. Responsible for the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you contribute to. Builds and develops the EHI technical competency in the team. Organisation RSC, Engineering, Train Electrical ReportingReports Directly to: EHI Domain Leader Other Reporting to: TEE / Harness Design Leader Main Responsibilities Quality of delivery (including sub‐contractor delivery): 1st time quality rate > 90%. Respect of the delivery planning (including sub‐contractor delivery): 100% on time delivery. Level of application of standard PPL: 85% of PPL for interface connector and 100% for production break connector. Configuration management of deliverables: 100% of deliverables properly managed into configuration database. Continuous improvement or Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects: zero missing RoE. Accountable for Delivery of the right product at the right moment to the project Train Electrical Engineer, consisting of the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverables for each baseline and retrofit. Harness Design workload on your project/tender. Applying of the Metier rules and processes. Responsible for Delivery of harness 3D models from mechanical integration. Managing the EHI QCD of your project. Managing the EHI workload of your project, and effective utilization of Harness designer. Sub‐contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance). Educational Requirements Mandatory: Graduate from an Engineering School. Desirable: N/A. Experience Mandatory: Total experience 5+ years; Electronic / Electrotechnical / Electro‐Mechanical engineering knowledge; Electrical CAD experience (at least 3 years); Experience in activity and team management (at least 2 years). Desirable: Uses of E3S or See One; Railway experience; Industrial and manufacturing view to better understand their internal clients.
