Team & Responsibilities
Problem solving
Support and train clients on service usage, offering personalized advice based on specific needs.
Identify and build KPI and metrics to analyze and improve service performance.
Formalize and conduct assessment processes to identify improvement areas in clients' infrastructure and cybersecurity processes.
Collect client feedback to propose targeted optimizations.
Draft and present service reviews.
Qualifications
Work experience in consulting or cybersecurity.
Strong proficiency in using KPI and metrics to define service performance.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong relational and communication skills.
Initiative and proactivity in proposing improvements.
Client orientation.
Problem solving.
Training
Technical: training on reference technologies through certification paths and participation in courses and events.
On the job: mentorship from more experienced colleagues.
Soft skills: training in transversal competencies such as public speaking and communication styles.
