Key Accountabilities / ResponsibilitiesReal-time and ex-post markets supervision for Borsa Italiana derivatives, securitised derivatives and ETP marketsMarket interventions, handling of input errors, supervision of after-hours trading and management of member firms’ requestsProspective and retrospective monitoring of compliance with trading venue rules, as well as with applicable national and European regulationManagement of surveillance alerts, investigations and reporting of suspicious transactions (STOR, AML) to the competent authoritiesReal-time and ex-post monitoring of liquidity provision obligationsContribution to the delivery of high-quality internal and external customer service in trading surveillance of the markets organized and managed by Borsa ItalianaDevelopment and maintenance of algorithms and tools for real-time monitoring and retrospective surveillanceWork is performed in an office environment and may require extended working hoursYour ProfileProven ability to work effectively in a teamProven interest in financial markets dynamicsQuantitative background and analytical capabilitiesGood verbal and written communication skillsOperational understanding of trading venue rulebooks and market microstructure, and sound knowledge of European regulation (MiFID II, MiFIR, MAR) will be considered a plusWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
