PpWe are seeking a bMarketing Intern /b to assist in managing a Power Management cloud platform, focusing on supporting the future innovation of Schneider Electric's Power Management System. You will help define effective marketing strategies tailored for the Italian market and collaborate closely with the Global Business Unit. /p pAs part of the marketing team within the Italy Country Organization, you will gain hands‑on experience in understanding customer needs, developing tools to support the sales team and customers, conducting competitor benchmarking, and assisting with training and customer presentations. You will work with various company departments, including sales, supply chain, Marcom, quality, and finance. /p pGiven the current energy crisis, you will play a role in promoting the power management cloud platform, particularly in light of rising prices. Staying informed about the evolution of the energy market and regulations (TSO, DSO, government) will be crucial for anticipating market needs. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liAssist in defining the annual marketing plan for the system to help achieve target results (sales, profitability, market share, etc.). /li liSupport the performance assessment (financial, engagement, satisfaction) of marketing initiatives. /li liHelp analyze the competitive landscape to create technical benchmarks and support pricing strategy efforts. /li liContribute to the development and deployment of launch plans for new solutions. /li liCollaborate with the marketing team to shape go‑to‑market strategies and support promotional activities. /li liAssist in creating content for increasing the promotion of the offer through digital communication (i.e., social networks), documents, software, and tools. /li liWork closely with Schneider Electric’s departments, including digital supply chain, finance, quality, sales, and technical support. /li liUse data (e.g., sales volume) to identify actions that can improve the performance of the offer in the Italian market. /li liSupport the sales team and customers (end users, panel builders, specifiers, contractors, etc.) in their activities. /li liProvide training and presentations to the sales team and customers. /li liEngage in frequent exchanges with the global business unit to support and influence projects and products according to the trends and needs of the Italian customer. /li liMonitor the Digital Customer Experience and share insights with the Global Business Unit to improve processes (e.g., digital supply chain, contract renewal). /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBackground in technical or engineering fields. /li liAn interdisciplinary thinker with a passion for marketing. /li liAnalytical mindset, comfortable working with data. /li liExcellent communicator with fluent English skills. /li liHighly organized and detail‑oriented. /li liStrong team player with the ability to work collaboratively. /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 pEntry level /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull-time /p h3Job function /h3 pProduct Management /p h3Industries /h3 pAutomation Machinery Manufacturing and Electrical Equipment Manufacturing /p pLocation: Agrate Brianza, Lombardy, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
