The role requires deep procurement and category knowledge, facilitating leading sourcing, contracting, negotiating, designing, and implementing strategic sourcing methodology, and partnering strategies across business functions. The Indirect Senior Buyer will drive procurement policies and procedures, sourcing requirements, products and services, and administrative requirements for procurement of goods and services. Additionally, the position manages and monitors supplier performance, which includes initiating and managing ongoing projects to reduce overall procurement costs and improve supplier flexibility, delivery, and performance. /ph3Description of the main Activities: /h3ullibProcurement Strategy: /b Develop and execute category strategies for indirect procurement to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency for the 12 production sites in Europe. /lilibSupplier Management: /b Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers.
