On behalf of a leading company in the Retail sector, we are currently supporting the search for a Digital & Marketing Director to join the executive team and lead the company's marketing and digital transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the brand and digital marketing strategy across local and European markets
* Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across all touchpoints (digital, media, retail, experiential)
* Oversee the launch of new products in alignment with commercial and R&D teams
* Drive performance marketing, CRM, and MarTech initiatives to optimize engagement and conversion
* Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team (approx. 20 people), fostering a high-performance culture
* Monitor marketing KPIs and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement and business impact
* Coordinate external partners and agencies to support brand growth and innovation
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior marketing roles
* Proven track record in digital marketing, brand strategy, and transformation leadership
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
* Experience in international or multi-market settings is a plus
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or other European languages is considered an asset
