Global Offering Omnichannel Internship | Milan
For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Offering Omnichannel Team, part of the Global Marketing and Global Retail Excellence Team supporting the Symphony program, which aims to release in all countries where Amplifon is present, a standardized omnichannel system. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
Youll be in charge of:
1. Supporting and assisting the design and implementation of global offering process and capabilities (e.g. price, promotions, customer offer)
2. Supporting the identification of the peculiarities of various markets, finding standardized solutions but consistent with the business needs of the countries.
3. Supporting translate business need into technical requirements, following the full process of implementation, from design to release.
4. Supporting the test phase of the project
5. Supporting the country during the transition period, with a strong end-zone approach
You are the right person if you:
6. Have a Master's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering or similar
7. Possess advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
8. Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams. French is a plus
9. Possess strong analytical acumen and critical thinking
10. Possess a clear and open communication, and relational skills
11. Enjoy working on an energetic team and have a clear ability to drive the growth.

14. Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team youll be working with!).
