Responsibilities
* Provide on-site technical assistance and training during installation and troubleshooting.
* Develop technical documentation and multimedia support (e.g., repair videos).
* Collaborate with engineering teams and shipyards to resolve integration issues.
* Act as a technical liaison for complex claims and urgent interventions.
* Lead development projects for new models, from design definition to SOP.
* Define technical specifications and aesthetic features in collaboration with Sales and marketing.
* Coordinate suppliers for molds, matrices, and electronic components.
* Oversee quality assurance and certification processes for new products.
* Support marketing with technical input for product launch materials.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in technical support and product development.
* Strong technical background in mechanical/electrical systems – experience in the marine sector will be considered an advantage.
* Expertise in supplier negotiation and cost analysis.
* Excellent communication skills for customer and supplier interaction.
* Proficiency in English and Italian; ability to prepare technical documentation – fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
