Experteer Overview
As Book To Report Specialist in our EMEA Global Business Service, you will own core month‑end closing and reporting processes for Italian and European entities. You contribute to accurate financial statements through close collaboration with the team and by applying robust controls. You will deliver Hyperion‑based reporting and ensure timely, compliant outputs across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Your role supports audits, asset and bank reconciliations, and overall financial integrity, enabling scalable finance operations in a global leader in vision care.

- Month‑end close activities including accruals, prepayments, inventory and payroll
- Quality analysis of financial reports via account matrix risk checks (banks, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, payroll and taxes)
- Timely Hyperion reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual forms
- Balance sheet account reconciliation
- Audit and year‑end activities
- Assets management and posting
- Bank accounts reconciliation and posting
Responsabilità
- Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Administration or Business Management
- Excellent English; other EMEA languages are a plus
- At least 6 months of accounting or auditing experience in a complex organization
- Quantitative analysis mindset and strong Excel skills
