The PCG R&D Lead Technician of Production System Platform Management Team is responsible for creating and maintaining, product configuration and custom formula development programs across PCG divisions
1. Works with Manager to build, evaluate and maintain custom formula creation files to support internal and external customers within the PCG business groups
2. Frequent and direct interaction with Marketing, Product Technical labs, and various support groups
3. Develop more in-depth technical and business knowledge regarding for paint products.
4. Identify potential Continuous Improvement opportunities
5. Accurate documentation and presentation of lab results and technical information
6. Plan, schedule, execute work, analyze results, and make recommendations based on those results.
7. High School Degree
8. Professional language skills in Italian and English
9. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
12. Proven experience in delivering results while working independently and as part of a team to execute tasks accurately and consistently according to project timelines
13. Ability to interface with different business units to satisfy customer requests
