Main Activities and Responsibilities
* Newsletter and Database Management: Expand and enhance our database through strategic initiatives. Coordinate and manage the editorial calendar for newsletters.
* Project Management and Co-marketing: Coordination and execution of special projects and synergy with external partners for co-marketing initiatives to maximize brand exposure and reach.
* Internal Communication: Develop an internal communication strategy to ensure seamless information flow related to marketing topics within the organization.
* Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide insights for improvement.
* Graphic Design Skills: Possess graphic design skills to enhance visual communication across various channels and create engaging and compelling presentations to effectively communicate our brand story.
* Research and Future Development: Explore and implement cutting-edge tools, such as AI, to enhance our marketing capabilities, stay updated with emerging trends, and explore TikTok as a potential platform for brand promotion. Contribute to branding initiatives that elevate and strengthen our brand identity.
Key Requirements & Competencies
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Marketing
* English proficiency (both written and spoken)
* Strong project management skills
* Proficiency in graphic design tools
* Good knowledge of Excel and analytics skills
* A highly motivated individual, structured and organized, excellent at working and delivering against deadlines
* Team Player
