We are seeking an experienced SAP PM / EAM Consultant with a strong background in Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management to support implementation, rollout, and support activities within SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of functional and technical expertise in SAP PM/EAM modules and act as a trusted advisor on asset management best practices, while enhancing business operations and system performance.

What You'll Do
* Lead SAP PM / EAM implementations, rollouts, and support activities, with hands-on configuration experience.
* Execute and manage master data migration activities in SAP PM/EAM.
* Apply process knowledge to drive system improvements in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, refurbishment, and calibration.
* Support S/4HANA-specific PM changes and utilize SAP Fiori apps to enhance the user experience.
* Identify system gaps and issues, propose workarounds, and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation including Functional Design Documents, Test Cases, Test Results, and End-User Training materials.
* Configure and optimize key SAP PM components and support end users in daily operations.
* Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor and improve maintenance performance.
* Perform root cause analysis of system issues and recommend long-term solutions.
* Provide ongoing support for SAP integrations, including log analysis and resolution of integration issues.
* Mentor junior consultants and offer guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
* Ensure quality assurance across all phases of the project lifecycle and maintain adherence to timelines and budgets.
What We're Looking For
* 8+ years of experience in SAP PM / EAM
* Strong understanding of SAP rollout methodologies
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* High degree of initiative, flexibility, and customer orientation
* Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* SAP PM / EAM Certification, preferably on S/4HANA
* Experience in the Utility industry
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile project teams
