Experience: 2–3 years in content production or campaign management
Our client is a global biopharmaceutical powerhouse with a centralised European content and campaign management team. They deliver high-impact, compliant marketing and medical content across multiple markets — ensuring every piece meets strict regulatory and brand standards.
SUMMARY: 
We’re looking for a Project Manager with a strong grasp of content workflows, Jira ticketing systems, and pharma compliance to join the client’s European content operations hub.
You’ll streamline processes, improve delivery efficiency, and be the go-to person for managing and optimising end-to-end content production in a highly regulated environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Manage and track content production workflows via Jira – from briefing to delivery.
- Drive improvements in Jira setup, ticket flow, and approval efficiency.
- Oversee campaign content development and ensure regulatory compliance at every step.
- Partner with cross-functional teams — marketing, creative, medical, and regulatory.
- Maintain clear communication, timelines, and documentation for all stakeholders.
- Support multiple European market teams with centralised content operations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS: 
- 2–3 years’ experience in content production, digital campaign management, or similar PM roles.
- Solid Jira experience — process management, workflow optimisation, and reporting.
- Exposure to the pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable improving operational processes.
