Position Summary
We are seeking a Junior HR Manager in Montano Lucino (CO) or Arco (TN) to contribute to human resources management in line with company policies.
Main Opportunities and Challenges
* Improve the organizational model of the plant
* Implement standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills, and profiles
Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment for blue-collar positions with line managers and temp agencies
* Assist in white-collar recruitment
* Coordinate and implement individual Development Plans (IDP)
* Organize training projects and onboarding for new hires
* Support HR KPI management such as labor costs, absenteeism, turnover, and propose improvements
* Assist in internal communication processes and special projects
* Ensure compliance with EHS norms and collaborate with the EHS Manager
* Ensure adherence to labor laws, collective agreements, and company regulations; support union relations
Requirements
Education: University Master’s in Economics or Law
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a multinational company
Hard Skills:
* Knowledge of labor law
* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Master in Human Resources Management (plus)
Soft Skills:
* Leadership
* Teamwork
* Effective communication and listening skills
* Problem-solving abilities
