Job DescriptionInternational Card Services (ICS) brings together our International Consumer, Small Business Services (SBS), and Middle and Large-Market Corporate segments. Within the Corporate Acquisition division, the Sales Operations Intern will support commercial activities, acting as a bridge between strategy and execution and contributing to business growth and new customer acquisition.Responsibilities
Prospect List Profiling: Assist in creating and maintaining lists for prospect eligibility, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.Performance Reporting: Help generate and analyze reports related to team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Presentation Preparation: Support the preparation of presentations for team and channel business reviews, ensuring clear and impactful communication of key metrics and strategies.Event Sales Management: Assist in overseeing the presence of the sales team at events, coordinating logistics and ensuring effective representation.Escalation Management: Help coordinate and manage escalation cases related to Risk, Credit, and other issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Qualifications
Current students graduating in 2026.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Interest in sales operations or a related field.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proactive problem‐solving skills.
