Manpower is recruiting for an important company operating in the utility energy management sector,based in Rome,a Credit Risk Analyst to be hired under an apprenticeship contract.
You will report to Credit Risk Manager and, in coordination with the Expertise Center Risks, manage credit risk related to Energy Management clients in all perimeter of activities.
-Carry out credit risk assessments of EM's existing and prospective clients in order to define their creditworthiness through the analysis of financials, business and market strengths
-Definition and management of credit limits with a daily monitoring of position taken by Front Office
-Elaborate cash-flow analysis and forecasts to properly address management decisions
-Negotiate master and collateral agreements liaising with Front Office and Legal Department
-Recommend appropriate credit measures to mitigate the credit risk providing a proactive support for the definition of contractual clauses
-Participate to the company's transversal projects
-Manage the relationship between business and risk to ensure that the correct balance between commercial objectives and risk protection is maintained
-Communicate and provide management with reports related to the credit risk exposure on a timely basis
ABOUT YOU
The ideal profile matches with the followings prerequisites:
•Education level: Master's degree in Economics/Finance
•Fluency in Italian and in English with good writing and communication skills
•At least 1/2 years of experience in a credit risk position in energy or banking contexts
•Demonstrable track record in corporate risk analysis showing analytical, critical and creative thinking
•Office package advanced skills being also familiar with machine learning tools
•Demonstrable ability and willingness to identify and implement improvements to policies and/or processes
•The ability to work flexibly, manage tight deadlines, juggle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
•Effective team player with good interpersonal/communication skills
•Attitude for long-term professional and trustworthy relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
•Ability to give constructive feedbacks as well as to be receptive to feedbacks from colleagues
Offer: Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Salary range €34,000–€37,000 gross annual (RAL), Electric Industry National Collective Agreement (CCNL Elettrico), hybrid working with 2 days of smart working per week, welfare benefits and ticket restaurant.
