About the role
Entry-level inside sales professional with sales performance goals. Completes inside sales support and ensure the dicipline's functions are completed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:
1. Works closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative process.
2. Responds to customer concerns and problems to enable/ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Responsible for answering first level customer calls.
4. Performs all activities and processes related to contractual exchange of products and services with customer organizations.

6. Sells products and services typically via phone or online orders (with quotas and/or productivity needs).
7. Assists with the proposal generation process and manages agreement renewals and product upgrades for assigned accounts.
8. Generates leads through placing phone calls to lists of potential customers and handles 3rd party component sales.
9. Responds to routine sales leads from sales engineers, sales reps or managers.
10. Sells products and/or services to commercial firms; calls on customers; demonstrates products; prepares forms and sales paperwork.
Requirements
We are looking for people who as a minimum you must have:
11. Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree
12. Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization
13. University Degree or equivalent
14. At least 2/3 years prior relevant experience in back office
