In this role you will have the responsibility to verify the capacity and efficiency of the machinery, as well as compliance with safety standards. In these areas, you will work towards continuous process improvement through targeted interventions. Essential Responsibilities
Supports AvioAero's continuous improvement process, which unfolds within the pillars S (safety), Q (quality), D (delivery), and P (productivity and cost), directly identifying the root causes of failures, identifying appropriate countermeasures, and implementing them. Supports technological improvement in the area in which it operates and the technological pyramid within which its action will be integrated, either by directly leading projects for the introduction of new technologies or by supporting those already underway. Conducts machinery capacity studies, taking into account efficiency dynamics (OEE%) to ensure that they are always sufficient to meet customer requirements. Drafts technical specifications to adapt machinery for purposes related to EHS improvements (e.g., machine guarding), or quality performance improvements, or adaptation to new NC/PLC technologies (e.g., retrofit or revamping), and other needs. Drafts technical specifications for the purchase of new machinery, evaluating the specific technical characteristics in accordance with the product to be processed, its dimensions, geometric tolerances, number and types of tools, and volumes over time. Evaluates the technical offers received using a technical comparison matrix, which compares the proposals and selects the best technical solutions. Oversees the acquisition process of capital goods, from order placement to testing at the supplier, installation, and testing at Avio Aero, verifying compliance with the selected specifications and regulatory requirements.
