Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Matera, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Cyber Security Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of applications, networks, and information systems. Key tasks include assessing and mitigating risks, implementing security protocols, conducting vulnerability assessments, and developing strategies to protect against potential cyber threats. Collaboration across teams to ensure compliance and enhance overall cybersecurity posture will also be a priority.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Application Security, including securing software applications and identifying vulnerabilities.
* Expertise in Cybersecurity and Cyber threat analysis to develop and implement proactive defense strategies.
* Strong knowledge of Network Security protocols and tools for protecting IT infrastructure.
* Experience in Information Security to safeguard organizational data and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are considered a plus.
