Position Available: - Night Shift Receptionist (00:00 - 08:00 AM) - Weekend Availability Required About the Role: As a Night Shift Receptionist at QUO Milano, you are the guardian of our guest experience during the overnight hours. You will be the friendly face and reliable point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive stay for every guest. Working primarily in the reception area, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while also being an integral part of our broader front-desk team. Key Responsibilities: - Guest Experience Management: Oversee all aspects of the guest stay during your shift, ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction. - Sales skills: Leverage opportunities to promote Hossertel mini bar and upcoming events, contributing to the overall business success. - Operational Oversight: Conduct light cleaning and maintain common areas during the shift to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. - Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address guest needs or potential issues, demonstrating our commitment to problem-solving and an "extra mile" approach. - Check-in and Check-out Operations: Efficiently manage arrivals and departures, providing a warm welcome and a smooth departure process. - Breakfast Preparation:Prepare and desing the showcase with Breakfast items, organize the pass to maximize the sales. - Reservation Management: Handle bookings and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail. - Local Expertise: Offer insightful information about Milan and provide assistance with guest inquiries, enhancing their exploration of the city. What We're Looking For (Requisiti): - Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian (mandatory).
