Responsibilities
- Ensure daily standard operations in Room Service.
- Meet the Manager daily and report the night shift.
- Ensure compliance with order-taking policies, professionalism, employee presence, and personal grooming presentation.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required and directed.
- Offer excellent products and services, product knowledge and sequence service.
- Be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and requests raised by guests.
- Handle and complete multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone restaurants or restaurant groups, preferably in the same position; international experience is an asset.
- Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
- Team player who brings personal touch and energy to guest experiences.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Legal right to work in Italy and fluency in English and Italian.
