Customer Development (CD), our Sales organization, works closely with customers to pioneer new products, build categories, and deploy retail and shopper capabilities. This role supports the commercial leadership of the Beauty & Wellbeing category in Italy. Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel and category plans for B&W; to achieve commercial objectives across multiple channels, including price list definition, promotional strategy, and monitoring. Create strategies to increase market share in black and white segments. Lead Net Revenue Management (NRM) initiatives and ensure compliance with the Commercial Investment Framework with CDB teams. Conduct market and territory analysis to identify trends, consumption habits, and opportunities, using data insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI. Design and implement trade marketing initiatives such as promotions, visual merchandising, incentive programs, and joint marketing aligned with commercial and client strategies. Coordinate the execution of trade marketing activities in stores, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure proper implementation and monitoring results for adjustments. Represent Customer and Channel interests in the S&OP; process. All About You
Experiences & Qualifications
Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Category Management within FMCG sector is mandatory. Experience in sales and management of large-scale retail is preferred. Skills
Ability to develop and implement commercial and channel strategies. Experience in Net Revenue Management. Strong analytical skills to assess commercial opportunities and propose solutions across the 6Ps. Knowledge of performance management and S&OP; processes. Capability to manage senior stakeholders within CD and Business Units. Proficiency in Office tools, Nielsen, Power BI. Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and goal orientation. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Fluent in English. Key UL Behaviours
