Overview
The selected candidate will lead the financial performance of the assigned perimeter, contributing to strategic decision-making and governance, while ensuring the continuous development of management control systems, reporting tools, and the finance network.

Responsibilities
* Leadership of the Group planning and controlling cycle, including MTP, budget, forecast, and long‑term plans.
* Analysis of financial and business performance and definition of actions to improve profitability, cash generation, and ROCE.
* Monitoring of profitability by customer, product line, and project, including new investments.
* Oversight of financial validation processes (CAA/IAR, CGU impairment tests) and the internal control and risk management framework.
* Management of working capital and Group cash reporting, aligned with management strategy.
* Support to the CFO and General Management on extraordinary transactions (acquisitions/divestments) and statutory and consolidated financial statements.
* Coordination and guidance of the international finance network, composed of highly operational local controllers.
* Definition of Group KPIs, governance of IFRS principles, and oversight of finance training processes.
* Continuous evolution of reporting and control systems, with an increasing focus on SAP in the finance function.
* Responsibility for Information Security and data protection within the assigned perimeter.
* Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in Group Controlling within industrial companies.
Qualifications
* Background in audit and structured corporate environments.
* Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; an MBA or postgraduate management education is considered a plus.
* Excellent knowledge of SAP.
* Fluent Italian and English.
* Strong personal leadership, authority, and the ability to operate effectively in entrepreneurial governance environments.
* Hands-on approach combined with a strategic and industrial mindset.
* High motivation to take on a central, high‑exposure role.
